However, the left shoe came in size 6.5 but the right shoe was in size 7.5. I've written to Shoebuy twice to ask for a resolution but they did not reply at all. It's ridiculous that items were not properly checked prior to shipment. Would not recommend non-US residents to patronise Shoebuy since they do not provide prompt response to problems, despite Shoebuy's claim about shopping with confidence and satisfaction guarantee. They issue is that they only give you 1 label for your returns regardless of how many boxes they sent with your order. This is a problem because most orders are shipped with each pair of shoes in its on shipping box. I bought two pairs of boots from shoebuy.com. Neither pair of boots worked out for me so I am planning on returning them. I now have 2 large boxes and 1 label. This means that I am going to have to pay for shipping back to shoebuy.com or buy a huge box, to the tune of $18, that is big enough to fit both boxes. I will not be ordering from shoebuy again. It's just to much hassle. I will be sticking to zappos.com. MUCH better customer service.	Overall Rating

They were too narrow but the store did not carry wide width. I returned them and found the wide width here. With the free shipping and 10% discunt, they ended up to be 20 dollars less! I ordered on the 8th, and they came on the 11th. They fit great and were in brand-spankin-new (never tried on) condition. I would recommend to anyone!	Overall Rating
