I had a rewards savings pass + they also sent me a 5.00 off rewards card for my birthday. Tried to use the 5.00 off & of course they wouldn't let me. I was going to by 2 pairs of tennis shoes also, but since they wouldn't let me use the 2nd card that was supposed to be a birthday reward, I've decided to just get the boots. I know now they weren't interested in my birthday, they just wanted to dangle a piece of food in my face to buy another pair of shoes |

I did not place my order at shoes.com!!! I placed it on Famous Footwear's site!!! So, this is really a mistake on the part of PriceGrabber!!! loved the shoes though! BUT THEY WERE FROM FAMOUS FOOTWEAR! I hope they figure out their error. |

should have option for store pick more in detail, also more detailed that if you pay for 2-3 day delivery it should state from what day you are counting the 2-3 day delivery and not charge you for 2-3 day delivery if it will arrive in 7 days |

Naturalizer is the only shoe that I wear because it is the ONLY shoe that is true to size and that fits my narrow and high arch. They should capitalize on and use this as a marketing tool instead of allowing many to be 'forced into wearing the medium widths'simply because the local shoe stores in malls do not carry narrow shoes and the 'art' of fitting ones foot is no longer a service offered. Even to young children! My mother wore a quad. I sometimes have to wear a triple and my son,now 33,also has a narrow and extremely high arch. You get the picture for my thoughts so far................. Thanks for the opportunity. L |
