TOO BAD GREEDY MICROSOFT HAS ELIMINATED MOST OF THEIR INCENTIVE PROGRAMS FOR REBATES ON THESE. NONETHELESS, THEY WIN. I HAVE ONE OF THESE ALREADY FOR A COUPLE YEARS AND HAS BEEN TROUBLE-FREE. Update after receipt and installation: Brand new in OEM box. Not crazy about the translucent keys and silver case but it worked correctly first time. Install software first before connecting to USB. Despite the product showing in-stock and after I paid for expedited shipping because I needed it by a certain date, I was sent an email on the day the product was due to arrive telling me my order was cancelled and they no longer carried the product. By this time, it was too late to get from another company. After this, they still show the product available and in stock. These folks failed me and didn't tell me in time to have other options. Another email confirming order. Tracking information located on the customer order history, access through "my account" on the vendor page. Product delivered as promised within the agreed upon timeframe. First time I ever had shipping that was combination of UPS and USPS. Delivery was from west coast to east coast. Seven days total. When I went to return it, their site said no cross-shipping with returns, which was normal. So I went to order the product, but it was no longer on their site. I ordered the product from another site and asked Shop4tech.com for a refund. That's when I learned that their (posted) policy is not to accept any hard drives back as returns under any circumstances. They say they have an emphasis on customer service, but then they outright refuse a refund and tell me to go to the manufacturer. I need a drive now, not when WD's RMA department decides to send me one. I find this policy highly unreasonable; if you're focused on customer service, just give me my refund and _you_ can do the return. This is what we used to do when I worked at a parts store. I don't feel I would have had this problem at a more reputable web site. I would have paid an extra $10-$20 on a ~$200 item for better service.	Overall Rating

After repeated e-mails and phone calls, customer service rep said I have to contact UPS for the missing item. However, the box arrived on time, it was Shop4tech's fault for not including one of the items. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, even for an online merchant. The item is probably not expensive enough to be worth doing a credit card chargeback, but the absolutely dismal customer service I received was a huge warning to me never to buy from them again, especially anything worth more than a few dollars. I don't think my yearly income is anybody's business.
