annika2009 from MA Member Since: 11/03/2009 View Member's: Reviews	Two months ago I returned a defective Ledu halogen desklamp to Shoplet, requesting a refund because it was advertised as "new" and it was clearly a used item (the cardboard packaging had been torn in a few spots and there was old tape all over it) and the worst part was that it did not work! I returned it to Shoplet and it has now been TWO MONTHS since I returned the lamp and I have not gotten my $118.00 refunded. In addition, there has been no response from anyone at Shoplet to the emails I have sent. I am so frustrated. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they are looking into the practices of Shoplet. Buyer beware!	Overall Rating
