The person I contacted to place the order was helpful and knowledgable about the product. The pro package, besides being a good value, enhances the camaras versitility. The only reason I did not give ShopSunshine the highest rating was due to the fact the camara was shipped by ground, not 2 - 3 day air as promised in their add if you spent more than $500. This violates NY's Gray Market Disclosure Law, requiring that consumers be alerted at the time of purchase that they are purchasing gray market goods. When we contacted them they offered to exchange the camera ONLY AFTER we removed our negative feedback from eBay where we purchased the camera. We opted not to withdraw feedback, until the camera was exchanged as we would lose our bargaining power by doing so. Cust. serv. reps have not only been rude, but even hostile. After 6 mos. we're still trying to get the camera exchanged for a camera with legitimate serial number that NIKON will warranty. Beware when they offer a "U.S. Warranty" because that is not the same as a manufacturer warranty. That's a warranty through "Scamshine" and they are not trustworthy!! I never thought it would take this long to receive a product, especially when it was being shipped UPS 2nd day air. To make things worse, they charged me $200.00 for a non-brand generic battery that sells for $20.00. I consider this my fault since I never checked with them but I still feel like I was deceived. Also, they charged $150.00 for shipping insurance but the package was not insured by UPS??? Oh, I am sure ShopSunshine insures it...right...I wonder what would happen if it got lost in the mail. So, all and all, BAD SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!	Overall Rating

The shipping on our grill was misleading it said "free shipping" and offered three options. We selected the quickest option, then they called us to say that it would cost extra for that type of shipping. They should have put some verbage indicating free "ground" shipping. Other than that, the grill casing was broke in two places, but the box was not damaged. I wouldn't consider that to be their problem.	Overall Rating

reymartinezsbcglobalnet from TX Member Since: 11/15/2006 View Member's: Reviews	Did care for the shipping plan, when you buy the item on the internet $1.00 shipping, but what they don't tell you is that they are not sure of the date for delivery and if the items is damaged when it is delivered that they will not take it back unless I paid $95.00 for faster shipping and then I could return the item if it had any damage in delivery. if they advertize $1. that should cover the shippment it would tell me that the company is paying the rest, it woould me like a sale item. Shipped item with wrong data and was returned to the shop: 2 weeks lost. Said would re-ship, but did 10 days later! During those days, none answered my mails about the new tracking #, they didn’t have it! Customer service was slow and inefficient, even though were really fast when trying to sell me extras.
