I ended up calling the toll free number to clarify what I wanted to order. The phone person was very knowledgeable and handled my order very well. Very happy with the camera. |

Very bad customer service. Two of the items I ordered were out of stock. One item they said would be in in 2 weeks. It took over 2 months. The other they sent the wrong color then it took over 3 months and still no lens. I finally took the refund for the lens and bought another better lens at amazon.com, a much better place to shop. After waiting 2 months the package I ordered was $50 less and came with a 4gb memory card instead of a 2gb card they wouldn't give me $50 back or a larger card |

I paid the $179 fee for expedited shipping and was promised the TV would arrive within 7-10 days. I ordered on February 12, received an e-mail that the item left the warehouse on February 18, and then it was not until March 13 that the was delivered. It was absolutely incorrect to charge me the extra fee for such slow delivery. I asked for reimbursement but never received it. I cannot recommend this merchant. |

We purchased Sony 57" rear projector TV. It was an easy transaction and they are very accurate about the product in stock. However, the shipping company, Sako, didn't give us a date of delivery and they let the TV sitting in Baltimore until I called them. The product delivery date should be provided at the date of purchase or when the product was shipped out |

Contacted a representative on 4/5/07 to make payment for Nikon D80 that was ordered 4/4/07 and was informed that camera was a demo camera although ad stated "100% brand new and factory sealed." Subsequently informed representative to CANCEL my order. Received verbal and e-mail confirmation of cancellation. Today (4/7/07) I find out that my card was charged the amount of the camera. I am currently trying to e-mail and call Shop Sunshine to fix the problem. Retailer Response (04/26/2007): Customer placed an order on 4/5 for a Nikon D80 listing on eBay. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=130097407724 We NEVER indicate in the listing that the item is new. We include a large graphic on the page explaining that this item is a demo unit and what a demo is. That same day the customer called to cancel the order. We did so and gave her a full refund. I would like to make very clear that this unit was NEVER advertised as a new unit. I tried to return an item that didn't work & they won't return it,delays & email garbage (Joe @ customer service)BAD..Just want a new battery charger & can't get one-$10.00 item what a joke can't even help on something so simple,wish I would have left negitive feedback on Ebay.. |

Shop Sunshine/DSN/Digital Shopping Network was a very positive experience. I called before making my payment. The sales staff was friendly and helpful. The order came complete in less than a week. I requested a back up receipt since I purchase the extra cleaning/repair warranty via email after receiving the package and received the requested receipt promptly. |

I wanted to buy an extra battery, but since the merchant did not reply to my email request, I did not get one. Also, I was disappointed that I was upsold on insurance at the last second as that was not mentioned on the site. They offered me a free battery in exchange for my removing my negative rating on eBay, but they never sent it to me. Finally, insurance and shipping were much higher than other vendors had for the same item. |

Very disatisfied! I have tried time and again to get the hood adapter to work with the optional lenses and the company does not believe me that this adapter does not work. This adapter might have worked with the FZ3, but it DOES NOT WORK with the FZ&7!!!! I was lied to on 2 separate occasions when I was told they would ship a Panasonic lense adapter and still it has not been shipped. Additionally, the extra battery that came with the order does not charge and neither has that been shipped. |

Horrible service, purchase US camera sent Grey market camera. Order black camera sent silver lens. Returned camera and lens, got the correct camera and am still waiting for a refund on the lense. Called, emailed, left multiple messages. Been hung up on, made to feel as if I never returned things, just overall horrible service. All this to save about 80 bucks. I am know in the process of working with a lawyer and the BBB to get my refund since they will never return my calls. Beware. |

The hours to call & pay by credit card were kind of odd--I wish they were a bit expanded. Also, I wasn't crazy about the guy on the phone selling me other stuff after I'd already made up my mind. NOTE that he was not at all pushy or rude. I would recommend this merchant. |

Received merchandise on time, however UPS botched delivery as per courier did not notify recipient as to delivery (did not knock, ring bell), had to notify UPS to hold package for pickup. Also one of the items on bought list was not in package, notified Sunshine Electronics and item is being sent. |

overall very satisfied with service and price. initially a table tripod was missing but shipped afterwards. additional battery pack wasn't clearly identifiable to be the more expensive one i had purchased. i went on a long trip after receiving package and had to go on good faith. still not sure about the battery pack which also was NOT a SONY branded model. checking at a local store i found the SONY branded battery pack cheaper. |
