Received notification on 02/20 that the item had shipped. Item was not received but store kept saying it was shipped. Call to the trucking comapany revealed that they had rejected shipment from the company due to damage. Several more follow up calls to correct the problem. Vendor said he would have more in two days and would ship then. That didn't happen. Then they said one more week. That also didn't happen. All this time the web site said that they had the product in stock. I finall cancelled the order on 3/12. Although they charged the credit card the day of the order, as of 3/21 they have not issued the credit back to us. DON"T BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!	Overall Rating

It was difficult to get through and the posted hours were not consistent with the recorded hours. Although I paid for 3 day delivery, the first part of the item arrived a day late and had to be shipped to me in Thailand as I had left by then. The second part of the shipment came much later with no e-mail from the seller. Insurance was tacked on without request. Overall, I was rather dissappointed in the service here.	Overall Rating

There were two items that were not included in the box, and I had to call them to find out where the rest of my order was. After holding for approximately 20 minutes, I was told that the items were on back-order. 2 months later I recieved the items. They also were not upfront about the shipping insurance. I would buy off sunshine again however next time i would make sure i phoned them first to organise everything. They forgot to include the shipping insurance fee & did not tell me about it until 3 weeks later, & so my order was delayed. I never received the camera until 4 weeks after i paid for it due to poor communication on Sunshine's part. I would however buy off them again, but would certainly phone them instead of email. Just didn't understand why ShopSunshine was closed on a Saturday (my day of purchase) and was unable to pay till next day of operation, Sunday. Odd weekend hours. But overall very positive and easy to purchase from. Product was everything it is suppose to be. And the fact that I got a package deal was even better. I paid for the camera and pretty much got everything free. The camera is usually more. So to get it for a low price and bonus items was a plus.	Overall Rating
