I really liked the site. I found the product I was looking for at a GREAT price. The extra security of having someone call to verify my shipping address and ensure it was me that placed the order was a nice surprise. Shipping was handled quickly thereafter and the product arrived in excellent shape. I am a very satisfied customer. |

I would strongly advise anyone to not do business with these people. I cancelled an order a day after placing it. I was told that I would have to pay a 5% restocking fee, which I agreed to. They held my money for more than a month before crediting my credit card and then held out a 15% fee!They will not return my emails and I can not get anyone in authority to speak to me or return my calls. I consider these people theives and crooks! |

Great informative, easy to use, reliable, trustworthy business. That's why I didn't necessarily go with the lowest, lowest price website. I bought a Denon receiver, then a new Sony TV and then another Sony progressive scan DVD...all from Shopsunshine, in the space of about 3 weeks and they delivered promptly each time. |

I would never again do business with this merchant. I paid $5000 for a TV. Was told it was shipped 3/4/03 but was unsuccessful in getting a tracking number until March 18th or 19th. I learned the TV was picked up by the trucking company on March 19th. The trucking company in LA thinks it might be delivered to me next week. I don't do business with liars so I bought the TV elsewhere for $550 more. Shipping company instructed not to deliver it to me in San Diego and to return it to merchant |

I ordered a very heavy Sony wega tv and it arrived in about 11 days.The Sunshine customer service answered all the questions as promised and the shipping company didn't complain when I told them it had to go up 3 flights of stairs.........The TV was perfect and I would definetely shop again at sunshine........Some of the other companys don't answer the phone........but Sunshine does!! |

Ordered Panasonic plasma which arrived in perfect condition. Staff was businesslike and courteous. Was asked about extended warranty but no pressure when declined. Loses one star because of confusion in shipping-was not picked up by truck until 1 week after indicated by tracking system. Staff said they would check, but did not call back. I would buy from them again. |

I order a Sony DVD Dream System DAV-C770. It arrived today (on time). One of the best Internet shopping experiences I have had every. Helpful over the phone & thru E-mail. They used Fedex, E-mailed me a tracking number so I knew when my package was shipped and every stop on the way. They also packaged the original package in another package; it arrived to me safe and sound. Would I shop with Shop Sunshine again? Yes!!! Lowest price, best customer service and speedy delivery. |

On April 1 I ordered the Sony 50" LCD TV and was told it would be delivered April 15th. I began calling April 16th and called every business day after. I spoke to 4 different sales reps and was told the warehouse would not return their calls for status on the order. On April 25th I asked to speak to the supervisor and was given the owner of the company. He informed me the unit has been on back order from Sony and that they expected some units in a week or so. Never got a call or email. |

Got a hit-distorted $500 reciever (function OK) from this store. After their nice explanation and read web return policy 5 times, I knew I can not return it after box opened. Disappointed about their box packaging. First, no "FRAGILE ITEM" sign on box. Second, Suns packed this item without using bigger box. There is no room to put enough puffed styrene peanuts cushioning inside. Ironically all peanuts are less than 100 pcs. It is my fault to pick up a cheapest internet store :-( |

It took six weeks, over a dozen calls, a chargeback action by my credit card issuer and the threat of taking them to the NY consumer fraud authorities to get them to complete my order. Each time I needed them to take action, it took at least a week. They never, ever called me back or emailed me when they said they would. The even tried to ship me my items when they knew I would be away on vacation. I got nothing but evasions, lies and run-around from them. I will never buy from them again. Retailer Response (05/16/2003): This customer ordered 12 items and was backordered only one. He received all the items he paid for. The reason why his one backorder took so long was because he was on vacation. Just because we were late on one item out of 12 does not mean we acted fraudenltly. The customer has received all of the items he paid for and his order is complete. |

Purchased a Sony 50" lcd grand wega tv on May 18th. I was told I had the option to either pick up at their local store or I can have it delivered within 2 days. Chose to have it delivered (very happy for that, very heavy). Delivery guys came in removed the box and made sure it was working. TV looks great and I give my props to these guys. THANK YOU!!! |

I ordered a projection TV on May 5th. It's been 1 month now and I still have not received it. I was told it shipped several times but they would never give me a tracking number. Last week I was told that it would arrive by this Friday and of course it didn't. Fortunately my credit card company isn't going to release the $ to them until I give notification that I received the delivery. BEWARE! Never buy from this company. Retailer Response (06/11/2003): Projection televisions do not get issued a tracking number. They can take 3-4 weeks to deliver to California. Bad experience. Ordered component video cables during summer 2002. They sent cheap audio cables. I emailed them, they called & I explained the problem. They didnt understand what component cables were! They later said component cables were out of stock. Month went by, still no word, I decided to send an email to every address on their site. I got an apology and refund. I considered a TV purchase from them because of their low prices, but I don't think that's going to happen. |

I ordered a Samsung HLN470W and was told it was in stock. I later get a phone call to let me know that the model that I ordered was back logged 10 days. But they had a Samsung HLN465W ready for shipment. And was told the only differance was the the color of the frame. I told him I thought there was other differances and he insured me there was no other differances. I told him I would call him back and called Samsung. I was told there are several changes on the NEW HLN470W. I canceled the Order. |

I called and asked about the warranty on the product and was told that they would honor the Yamaha warranty, not Yamaha (since they are not an authorized dealer). There is a 2 year parts and labor warranty on the product and now the product is 20 months old and has quit working they are not going to cover it. I have been trying to contact ShopSunshine for 6 weeks, getting treated poorly and yelled at by their phone reps and managers. NEVER BUY FROM THEM. |

This company is 1 of the best on the Web. They are worth looking at. I found them on an auction site while looking for a new Sony KE50XBR900 PLASMA SCREEN. There price was very competitive with there peers, but they offered free shipping. They price of $9900 was $3,000 less the the local big boys(not to mention not having to pay the tax).I explained to my rep,I needed it in 10 days for a family reunion. It arrived as promised in brand new factory sealed condition. I am one satisfied customer. |
