Item was shipped in a timely manner. Singer had included wrong power cord in original packaging. They shipped the proper cord right away when called. |

Product arrived as promised even though took seller almost 10 days after posting payment to ship (probably confirming my order especially with special instruction). I was not in a hurry so it was fine. Singersewingmachine has the best price reflecting trade in. I wish UPS would have been more gentle with the boxes but everything seems to be in working order. |

We had purchasred the Dyson DC 14 the Full Kit. They had sent us the DC 14 Full Gear. These twa vacuums are different. We were not happy that they sent us the wrong one. So they were real good at having it picked up the next day by UPS. My Hisband called them, they said they never even heard of the Dyson DC 14 Full Kit. But why are they advertising it? That is the question we were wondering.
When you order make sure you get what you order! singersewingmachine's Response: Dyson DC14 Full Gear was shipped to customer, they called and were not satisfied with the product, so we had UPS pick it up and return it back to us at our expense. A full refund was issued back to customer. |
