It is a Palm battery as advertised and appeared to be new. The new battery get about 3 day of standby on a full (24 Hr) charge. That not much better then the 2 year old battery being replaced. Appears to have a manufacturing date or 16Mar07, and acts like a 2 year old stale battery. Guess you get what you pay for. Will not deal with vendor again.	Overall Rating

After placing this battery in-use for several weeks, I am now able to make an intelligent assessment of my purchase experience with Skymaster 28 as follows: The replacement battery, although marked as an original for my specific phone, does not appear to hold a charge. My usage time is about the same as prior to ordering the replacement battery. There is, however, a marked loss of battery strength over a much shorter time frame which is unacceptable for a new battery. (I charged the battery over-night prior to installation in accordance with the original phone guidelines.) (It should also be noted that Skymaster 28 had initially sent me an incorrect battery for my phone which I declined to accept. An "exact replacement" battery was sent to me shortly thereafter.) Conclusion: I doubt that I would order from this vendor again, especially with so may other choices on the web, the inconvenience of continually recharging the "new" battery more often then necessary. After 4 Days of use I still have 4 bars left as I was expecting compared to the original battery.
