windowsxper - (January 18, 2006) I've owned an older model, the "Family Size Plus" model GR26CB, for several years. The results have always been great, but as is the complaint of many other users, cleanup was tedious. I saw an opportunity to get this model at a very good price, so I decided to make the switch. The first thing that struck me was the smaller grilling surface. There are so many models of the George Foreman grills, it can be confusing. I purchased this grill online, so I went by the fact this model was listed as a "4 burger" size (with 72" of grilling surface). I'm not sure what criteria the manufacturer uses to determine that 4 burger description, as I was unable to locate info about what size bu

mom2dobe - (March 27, 2006) This multi-purpose appliance is great. I have replaced 3 other appliances with this one! Talk about saving space. I have made panini on it and done quite a bit of indoor grilling. I love the versatility and ease of cleaning. Unlike my previous indoor grill, food doesn't stick to the non-stick surface. That sounds like a no brainer, but food did stick to the other one that I had. It would have been nice to have had two flat griddle trays, but it doesn't effect the ease of cooking. I just had to flip my panini to brown the other side. Bacon turns out great without being greasy. No more messy microwave cooking of bacon. 5 Star Review George Foreman GRP 54G

jefbab - (05/19/2009) This is the first Foreman grill we used and we are hooked! We have used it for chicken breast and fish, both came out tender and tasty. It is very convenient not having to flip the food.

1 Star Review Poor Design

johnSmoe - (03/15/2009) We have had ours for about 6-9 months using once every two or 3 weeks - in other words not much. The drip tray needs to be removed every time you open or close it. Because family members don't remember they open or close it with the tray in - and now the tray is broken. I can't find a replacement tray anywhere so I guess I need to use an unsightly bowl under it or buy a new one. The coating on the trays is also starting to wear off - even with using a plastic flipper (as opposed to metal).

5 Star Review Excellent product

TRISHBOYKIN - (03/14/2009) I love my new grill!! I can be the spokesperson for this one. It cooks your food so delicious, juicy and tender. Minimal if no smoking. Cleans up so easy and quick, no soaking, just spray and wash. I have recommended it to everyone I know. I bought it at Fryes for $39.99. Best appliance I have. What else can I say, I love it and I am pleased!!!! Sanyo hit me up!!!
