Great attachment - a must have!
Strengths:
Works great, easy to use, easy to clean up.
Weaknesses:
Splatters a little when using the food grinder; needs bottle brush to clean the shaft.
Posted 1 year ago - I love this attachment. I've made ground meat with it and am able to control the amount of fat that goes into it. It does splatter a little when the ground meat is extruded but i just tape a paper towel onto the food tray above so that it hangs down and acts as a guard in front of the grinder plate. The veg/fruit strainer works well - I've thrown in apple wedges with core and seeds and have made great aplesauce! A time saver!
