Strengths: Simple operation. Very durable. Relatively easy to clean, dishwasher safe. Comes with several great recipes.

Weaknesses: Wooden tool for pushing the food into the grinder needs to be hand-washed as do the grinder blades.

I'm pleased with the purchase of this grinder. I tried two of the salsa recipes that came with the grinder and had a nice fresh batch done in about five minutes. This truly is a simple tool to use. I would like to see them change the push tool from wood to plastic so that it could also be put into the dishwasher.

They did!

I just bought it and the push tool is now the other end of the wrench....all plastic.

At first I thought that the push tool was missing and was going to return it. Then I noticed the end of the wrench.
