I've used a pack of 48 cookies for the last several days and have lost 11 pounds. This is fantastic as I definitely need to lose weight to be healthy. this process is easy for my schedule and the cookies are delicious |

My fiancee and I are both doing this diet, and we both lost around 5 lbs in the first week. This is awesome. Looking forward to getting down to my goal weight. This product does work. We have been using it now for about 2 weeks, and have both lost around 15 lbs. It's a great start to the new year. |

Smart for Life offers the BEST products out there! I lost tons of weight last year on the regular cookies, and I can't wait to see what happens on the Gluten-Free system I just ordered... I am SO HAPPY SFL is offering gluten-free!!! I am waiting for them to come up with a real vegetarian/vegan version for a friend who needs this program badly. I'm staying tuned! :) |
