appoling service
nothing what so ever shop are no help at all they are all nicey nicey when you buy somthing after that they dont want to no would never shop there again ever
is that the cushions are faulty as they are bumpy and lumpy one really hard on one cushion
Posted 5 months ago - i would advise everyone to go to scs they are much more helpful i am very disjointed in this as no one will help or interested especially the store and dfs head office nice looking settee except for lumpy bumpy hard cushions that always need plumping and turning every few hours and makes no difference would not advise anyone to buy one or anything from this store as a matter of fact
