Brian252 - (March 03, 2008) Basically the higher the core and compresssion, the farther the balls go. All ASA should be at most .44 core and 375 compression. As you can see, this one is a .47 with a 525 compression. That nearly as high as they go. So pick them up where you can find them. I write our team name across the core and compression stamps, tee hee. Leave the ASA stamp visible to make sure it passes.

5 Star Review Lite Flite 11" Softballs

bulldog93 - (05/19/2008) These are great for many different softball drills. They are great for getting confidence at the plate. They are great for outfield pop-up drills. They can be used indoors or outdoors. They can become slippery when wet. They act like a regular ball even from normal pitching distances.

5 Star Review Great Ball

sobsub23 - (05/02/2008) Great ball for ASA play Best ball for the money hands down. The pop off the bat is unmatched and the ball has a great feel when pitching. I have used many other balls but the Gold Dot is by far the best.
