Using the website to make the purchase was painful. I had to reenter billing and shipping information multiple times. The first two times I selected the [edit] link to edit a section, it lost the previously entered information and required me to reenter it. (I was NOT using the browser's BACK button.) Now that all of our information is entered, hopefully next time will be less painful. If not, I would consider using another vendor based on the purchase experience alone. Also, I am trying to arrow back to the top of this field to edit my notes, and I can't! This evaluation site is as bad as the softmart ecommerce site. Ugh. |
