Search functions could be better. I.E. searching for fiber patch cords there are several types. I needed LC to LC connector and would have liked to exclude all ST or SC type ends. |

when I call Softmart Dorothy Carr I can always get an answer and she is so knowledgeable about all software and if she do not know she does not just push me off she go and serch. Sortmart is very lucky to have Dot. |

Softmart is one of my preferred vendors because they always give excellent customer service. My account rep, Rich Cuadra, goes above and beyond for his customers. I am always notified of better deals, out of stock items, etc. in a timely fashion. Their custom folders and company favorites makes purchasing extremely user friendly. |
