Shortly after receiving the software CD's that I'd ordered, I received an email from SoftPro informing me that the disks may be bad (corrupted due to exposure to magnetics). The seller offered a temporary fix (to download the software via a provided web-link), and also offered to replace the disks if they were unusable, which, when tested, proved accurate. Within 3 or 4 business days after informing SoftPro of the bad disks, I received, exactly as promised, 7 new disks, along with a UPS envelope for returning the 7 bad ones. Communications with SoftPro via Email were very professional and very timely, as was receipt of both sets of disks. I'd recommend SoftPro to anyone looking for genuine software at a reasonable cost. I later went to install them and founf that the first two packages that I opened did not work. I e-mailed the storefront asking what they would do and to my great surprise, within 1 hour I received an e-mail back that they were re-shipping me new disks via overnight mail. It sure seems to be a long time though to be waiting for the bought item. Received the item and it was intact. When I went to install the programs, I received a software error and the code for the MSO 2003 software would not run. The error stated that the software had an error. Now I have to get back with the storefront owner to see what can be done. I am initially thinking that this is a bootleg copy.......(Uh oh..........!!!!!!!!!!!!!)	Overall Rating
