It is not obvious from your web site that download orders will be ready to download after receiving an email. I 1st thought I would have to wait for normal business hours to receive the download email, which is what the email and order confirmation stated. It came shortly after my order was placed and I downloaded without any problems. Please disregard my earlier survey. |
