The product arrived in 4 days, instead of the expected 7-10 business days and was exactly what I ordered....no surprises. AND to top it all off....when I called their customer service phone line, it only took 1 menu selection to get to a real person! (Only 1!!!!!) And he was professional, courteous, articulate, friendly and answered my question immediately!
