Peter from unknown Member Since: 11/12/2008 View Member's: Reviews	The powered sub-woofer Sonic first shipped to me was used, instead of new, damaged with one 5" long dent and a number of wear marks and scratches. It was not damaged in shipping but was a defective return they sent out apparently by mistake. I immediately called them during business hours and got voice mail instead of a person. I emailed and got auto reply. Then they emailed a generic invitation to apply online for a return authorization number. Then they sent an invitation to rate them as a company. Days later when I was lucky enough to get through to a human he said they'd have to charge my card again to send a replacement "new" unit. They refused to expedite shipping. I finally received a new unit well after the birthday that it was a present for. As of today, they still have not gotten around to crediting me for the first defective order. The price was good but customer service is a joke, even when it is their mistake. I will not be ordering form them in the fut	Overall Rating

It did NOT make me conifident in the purchase or the seller. Let's hope that my decsion to do business with SonicElectronix was a better then their decsion to use a company that tells their customers that 1 in 5 of their products is defective like Square Trade did.
