I expected to pay the shipping charge stated, as well as $15 in taxes at the border, which is fair. What I didn't expect was that your shipper would charge almost $40 to collect that $15. That seems grossly unfair and certainly alters considerably your claimed great price. I will not be dealing with you again. Retailer Response (06/20/2008): Sonic Electronix warns customers that all import and duties fees are responsibility of the receiver. UPS can take care of all the hassle but there are high convenience fees. One way to prevent it from happening is when customer does all the paperwork, which generally turns out in problems & delivery delays. Our apologies for all misunderstandings.
