I was a little nervous about purchasing premium tile on-line, but decided to due to the positive reviews. I'm glad I did. Price, including shipping, was significantly less than my local distributor and the communication was great. South Cypress provided a picture of my pallet when the order was fulfilled, which was a nice touch - was able to confirm the box count from my living room. The only glitch was with UPS Freight who could not manage to follow simple delivery instructions. I am planning to refurbish another bathroom next year and will definitely consider South Cypress again. Price, delivery, and service are top notch. |

The best experience I've had in ordering tile on-line. The first company I ordered with took my order and charged my credit card -- but didn't ship the product when they told me they would and never contacted me about the delay. Not only did South Cypress have an ordering/shipping system that makes sense, the price was about $200 less than the original vendor. Couldn't be happier! |

I just ordered tile from South Cypress and am so happy. They have the absolute BEST prices compared to anywhere else I shopped. They will price match and I can't wait to get my tiles. Thanks |

it turns out 'residential delivery' means only getting the 3000 pounds of tile i ordered to the street outside my home. customer service tells me i should have known that from reading the description of what i was paying for. not being home, my contractor agreed to sign for the tile. instead, he had to hire laborers to move the tile the 100 feet from 3 feet off the road(he was able to convince the delivery guy to not put it ON THE STREET only by helping him unload the truck). for this "fantastic" delivery service, i paid $600? just crazy! buyer beware! i have yet to see the tile, but at this point, nothing will surprise me. Retailer Response (01/03/2011): Dear Customer, We appreciate your business and you bring up a valid point regarding delivery. Being prepared for delivery is a big part of ordering flooring products online as nearly every online flooring company has to use 3rd party shipping companies to deliver. Residential deliveries are always curbside, which means material will need to be moved from the curb to the home, so please plan accordingly. We try hard to make this process as clear as possible up front but have plans to try and clarify this delivery process even further. Different parts of the country can be more costly to ship to but for 1-1/2 tons of material being delivered to your home the $600 rate seems fairly standard. The prices and customer service at South Cypress Floors far exceeded that of other online flooring companies I looked into. They were even able to beat my contractor's prices direct from the manufacturer! Alex was a great help and worked to get me the best deal on my large tile order. I will recommend South Cypress to anyone who will listen and will definitely use them for all of my future flooring needs. |

My home builder was supposed to take care of ordering the flooring for our new home and he had taken a month and could not get the Marazzi tile for three more weeks. I called South Cypress and had the tile a week later. I found South Cypress to be professional and extremely helpful. Alex Gast from South Cypress Floors went out of his way to make my purchasing experience completely satisfying. If not for South Cypress Floors our floor would still be on order.I highly recommend South Cypress Floors. |

My husband has had terrible experiences ordering products on line and was very skeptical about me ordering glass tile on line, but South Cypress Floors prices were sooooo good I had to risk it. The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had to email him several times with questions. Each email was answered within the hour! The tile arrived 2 days sooner than the predicted date. As it turned out two of the little tiles did get broken in shipping and I was told 2 more would be shipped at no charge, and be here by installation date, and know what, I believe they will be. South Cypress Floors track record with me so far is perfect. I'm totally impressed with such awesome customer service. I would recommend them with no reservations. Even my husband had to admit, I picked a winner here. |

Unmatched customer service and the highest quality materials on the market for a great price are what make South Cypress stand out from the other options we considered. The folks there went out of their way to ensure we were not only satisfied with our order, but loved it. I would definitely order from them again and I have already recommended them to our friends and family. |

yes, I would certainly recommend this company. The prices are the lowest, and I have spend months searching on the web and in my area for tile. The store (tile only for contractors) is 2/3 the price more than online with south cypress. Representatives are very cordial and understanding. I loved doing business with them and if I need their products in the future, I will not hesitate to call (or go online) them again. |
