The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had to email him several times with questions. Each email was answered within the hour! The tile arrived 2 days sooner than the predicted date. As it turned out two of the little tiles did get broken in shipping and I was told 2 more would be shipped at no charge, and be here by installation date, and know what, I believe they will be. South Cypress Floors track record with me so far is perfect. I'm totally impressed with such awesome customer service. I would recommend them with no reservations. Even my husband had to admit, I picked a winner here.	Overall Rating

The prices are the lowest, and I have spend months searching on the web and in my area for tile. The store (tile only for contractors) is 2/3 the price more than online with south cypress. Representatives are very cordial and understanding. I loved doing business with them and if I need their products in the future, I will not hesitate to call (or go online) them again.	Overall Rating
