I decided to order a Toro SS5060 zero turn mower with accessories from Speedway because their price was the best I could find and their reviews were very positive. In less than 24 hours I received confirmation that my order had been shipped with a tracking number. I called customer service with a question about my order and was given an immediate and accurate response. My shipment arrived in perfect condition and exactly as ordered. The delivery service used their pallet jack to move it into my garage and patiently waited while I checked everything. It took a few hours to remove the mower from the packing skid and set it up but the instructions were clear and project was fun and easy. I would order from Speedway again without hesitation |

I ordered my Ariens ST24LE Snow blower on Tuesday Oct. 25, 2011, At 4:pm.(EST) Got Tracking number 2hrs laterTheir shipping statment said 1-4 days. I got it on friday Oct 28 At 9.15AM. It doesnt get better than that.Staff answered all my questions. They told me it came with hand warmers, I called Oct. 26 am and told them it does not come with hand warmers. They put a pair in the mail no charge. (REC. Oct 28 ) 5 STARS . It doesnt get better than THIS. Sooner |

Ordered Lawnboy mower on Saturday. Was on sale at a very good price. Arrived on Thursday morning in fine condition. Could not ask for better service. |

Was $150.00 cheaper than other online merchants. Came down to either the TORO or the Airens, glad I spent the little extra for the Airens. This is a strong running little sno-throw'r!..but don't expect to sling the wet, heavy stuff with it. Works great on the powder though. 150' of sidewalk cleared in a fraction of the time it took with the ole grain scoop. Have already been asked by my neighbors where I found it and have made several referrals. |

(Edited October 20th by Tree1) 1. The snowblower was delivered to the billing address, not the ship to address. 2. The snowblower came damaged. It had fallen over onto its side or was completely upside down for awhile. One part was broken, others were damaged, and there was a fair amount of oil on the snowblower. I called Speedway Sales and generally got a run around. I was told that they couldn't get another one! I was given the option to get the parts myself but I couldn't get any right away. I was told something to the effect that they could get the parts but there was a big problem with communication with them (lack of responsiveness). 3. There was an issue concerning sending the damaged unit back because the trucker wouldn't help reload it onto the back of a pickup and then put into a truck. Speedway Sales refused to work with me concerning this issue. (The snowblower was way too heavy to left by myself.) 4. Eventually, I had to contest the amount charged. My suggestion is, DO NOT order from them! |

WARNING!!! Buy at your own risk....I ordered an edger and a blower. Blower arrived to my house in a smashed box and edger came in a weedeater box. I refused shipment and Speedway charged me shipping and 10% restocking. I had to go to BBB and FTC to file charges. I offered to accept another shipment, but owner would not budge. I was lucky, at least I got 75% of my money back, they made a profit of $100 off of me...never again! |

What a joke this place is. Site stated the product was availible and ready to ship. Not true, now told it was ordered and should have it in about a week or so. The online price was $5.99 including shipping, when I checked out they added $8.00 for shipping. I email the company with the following line from there web page "Currently we are running our best promotion ever which includes Free Shipping (On All items) ". There response was "We offer free shipping on orders over $200". Last time I will do business with them. |

Speedwaysales shipped my lawnmower with some oil in the engine (there is a sticker on the box notifying you that this was done). The oil leaked all over the lawnmower and soaked the air filter element. I took me about an hour to clean up and get my brand new $500 lawnmower running. Toro confirmed that there is no reason to ship a new lawnmower with oil in it, so I don't blame Fedex whose handling might be the cause of the leak. Speedwaysales.com did not respond to my simple request for a replacement air filter. I highly recommend avoiding Speedwaysales.com and making your purchase elsewhere. As noted by a previous reviewer, "Free Shipping" is not free. After you've navigated through the ordering process, Speedwaysales discloses a mandatory insurance fee (about $10). This makes Speedwaysales.com's prices about equal to suggested retail price with asinine restocking fee strings attached. I would have done better to wait until my local dealer's shipment of Toro's arrived. Retailer Response (04/24/2007): Mowers are shipped the way the come from the factory. They are test run at the factory and oil is drained out, sometimes a few oz's of oil may be left at the factory. Had the customer called into customer service we would have shipped the a new filter to them. |

Got my Toro snow blower within 2 days of placing my order. Arrived in excellent condition & had no troubles with the order process or product I purchased. Would buy from again, especially with the free shipping. |

I Bought a Toro Lawn mower and Redman leaf blower. They were shipped the next day and I received them 6 days from the order date. Items were as advertised, but there was a $17.50 mandatory insurance charge for free shipping ($2.50/$100). No information was provided as to who the insurance company was or what was covered. |

I placed an order on Aug 27th for 2 motorcycle tires. On Septembet 1st I got an e-mail saying that the tires were out of stock. Gee thanks for taking 5 days to tell me that. If you want to wait forever for uncaring customer no-service this is the company for you. |

Thought I'd write a review while I wait for my lawnmower and my lawn overgrows. Overall, quite disappointing. Thought I'd receive it in 4-5 days, currently it's 9 days and counting. When I call, usually put on hold for about 10 minutes. Asked them to put a tracer on the package, they said it requires 3-4 days but UPS says all it takes is a phone call. Not sure I saved any money trying Speedway, just wanted to save myself the hassle of trying to find the model I wanted locally. Big mistake. |

I ordered a lawn tractor four days passed no word on shipping I eamiled them no response then I called said they were behind would ship next day I called the next day said they had come in damaged would be next week before ship I asked him to cancel he said ok rudely and hung up. Did not answer two emails and very rude. |

Excellent seller. Easy web online ordering. My only criticism would be that they told me on the phone that the shipping insurance was $15 and they actually charged $17.50. But who can really complain when you are already saving so much money? |

You know price does matter at the end. And with the bonus of excellent customer service, free shipping, no slaes tax, you ask your self that what did go right that day. Yes I had the best experience buying my lawn mower at speedway. 3 days it took in shipping. 4 hours to assemble and here i went with my lawn mowing. Thanks speedway |
