Worst store to have to deal with, shady sales techniques and switch and bait too. Avoid at all Costs. Sold me a item that was on sale, sent me email confirming this, later sent another email showing when it should be at my door step. 4 days later they send a email saying order canceled because it is out of stock. I checked online and it shows instock and a higher price now, I called and they say it's in stock, but at a price over 3 times higher. They can put the order in, I say NO , then they offer 20% discount. That is still higher than I could get them from many other stores. They tried to say it was a pricing error , but they sent email just saying it's out of stock, to try to get me to order at inflated price. Also reported them to BBB. |

I ordered 2 clothes that arrived new and undamaged. Both were in their original plastic bags. Processing was prompt: ordered early Saturday and readied for shipping the same day. Shipping took 5 business days. An email was sent to confirm my order with a link to an order status page on their website; another email was sent to confirm shipment. The shipping info was a little odd. The only way to track the shipment was through the link via their order status page. The order status page showed it was shipped via USPS but the URL pointed to fedex.com. (I think the item was shipped cross country via FedEx and delivered by USPS.) When I went directly to the FedEx and USPS website and entered the tracking number, it showed 'not found'. Regardless, I would buy from Sports Authority again. |

I ordered the first item the middle November. The item came in damaged. Sports Authority was to email me a return label. I never received the label and after the 3rd call gave them another email address --- they blamed my email service. Never received anything to the other email address -- so called again. They then mailed me a return label. I returned the item over a week ago --- of course the bill is still on my credit card. I still wanted the item so I had to place another order while I waited to be able to return the first. The 2nd item did not come when expected so I checked the tracking information and found that it was delivered in a different state 5 days earlier. I called Sports Authority and they determined that the item was returned to the sending location due to damage during shipment. I was told that a credit would be processed - but if I still wanted the item I would have to place a 3rd order as they would not send a replacement for the item I never received. |

Takes too long to ship. Poor packaging. No exchanges accepted, so in may case(size M smaller than usual), I have to pay return shipping, get my refund one month later and buy the item again (paying shipping again). Overall, poor service. I ordered other items in different retailers same day, free regular shipping and got them in 3 days. The 7 days they took is unacceptable. |

While most of their staff is pleasant, the supervisors are rude. They failed to ship my first order: when I called, I was disconnected MANY times. They cancelled the first order and charged me extra to ship it so I could get it in time! They then charged my debit card AGAIN, and caused many overdraft charges. After lots more calls, they finally authorized a "return" and said TOO BAD, it would take 5-7 days to post to my account! NEVER BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT ONLINE!!!!! |

My merchandise never arrived from Sports Authority. I was charged and told that it was shipped but it wasn't. I called their customer service only to find an automated system. I had to email their customer service department 4 times. The only thing that made them respond was my intent to contact the attorney general if they kept jerking me around. Finally they responded. No information about what happened to my order, just a full refund. I will never do business with this company. |

I placed my order, it was shipped on time, and I received it on time in good condition. The box was a liitle messed up but product was in good condition. I would order again from Sports Authority! |

Fast shipping, only 4 days. One of the few places I could find the product I purchased, and they also offered an internet coupon, which only sweetened the deal. Great quality and fast service. Definitely would recommend. |

I ordereed a mountain bike, it was shipped very quickly, and arrived with no damage. The only complaint was customer service was very hards to contact, and could not find there Phone # at web site. I did get the # about the same time as bike arrived. I would buy from them again. The price was fair, shipping was free!! |

I ordered the bike and received it in 4 days; which was great. Unfortunately, the box was very damaged and my bike was scratched, cracked and had pieces broken off. I was told to schedule a pick-up of the bike, then it would be returned to the warehouse and they would refund my credit card. I then had to reorder and they could give me no guarantee that the second bike wouldn't show up in the same condition. This is ridiculous - they should have immediately shipped me a new bike. |
