Processing was prompt: ordered early Saturday and readied for shipping the same day. Shipping took 5 business days. An email was sent to confirm my order with a link to an order status page on their website; another email was sent to confirm shipment. The shipping info was a little odd. The only way to track the shipment was through the link via their order status page. The order status page showed it was shipped via USPS but the URL pointed to fedex.com. (I think the item was shipped cross country via FedEx and delivered by USPS.) When I went directly to the FedEx and USPS website and entered the tracking number, it showed 'not found'. Regardless, I would buy from Sports Authority again.	Overall Rating

I never received the label and after the 3rd call gave them another email address --- they blamed my email service. Never received anything to the other email address -- so called again. They then mailed me a return label. I returned the item over a week ago --- of course the bill is still on my credit card. I still wanted the item so I had to place another order while I waited to be able to return the first. The 2nd item did not come when expected so I checked the tracking information and found that it was delivered in a different state 5 days earlier. I called Sports Authority and they determined that the item was returned to the sending location due to damage during shipment. I was told that a credit would be processed - but if I still wanted the item I would have to place a 3rd order as they would not send a replacement for the item I never received.	Overall Rating

No exchanges accepted, so in may case(size M smaller than usual), I have to pay return shipping, get my refund one month later and buy the item again (paying shipping again). Overall, poor service. I ordered other items in different retailers same day, free regular shipping and got them in 3 days. The 7 days they took is unacceptable.	Overall Rating

They failed to ship my first order: when I called, I was disconnected MANY times. They cancelled the first order and charged me extra to ship it so I could get it in time! They then charged my debit card AGAIN, and caused many overdraft charges. After lots more calls, they finally authorized a "return" and said TOO BAD, it would take 5-7 days to post to my account! I called their customer service only to find an automated system. I had to email their customer service department 4 times. The only thing that made them respond was my intent to contact the attorney general if they kept jerking me around. Finally they responded. Unfortunately, the box was very damaged and my bike was scratched, cracked and had pieces broken off. I was told to schedule a pick-up of the bike, then it would be returned to the warehouse and they would refund my credit card. I then had to reorder and they could give me no guarantee that the second bike wouldn't show up in the same condition. This is ridiculous - they should have immediately shipped me a new bike.
