I usually consume 2 servings daily, one in the morning and a second one after training as it helps in building muscle. Summary: ON Protein is known as very high quality protein. I had been using GNC Whey protein for the longest time and switching to ON tasted better and I seem to have better growth than before. The container keeps outside stuff from getting in and it comes with a scoop. Can use this in oatmeal, and in recipes. Weaknesses: 5 lbs goes quick Summary: I make my home made protein bars only from this one because of how great the taste is. I love this protein powder and will continue to use it. I put it in my oatmeal in the morning, I mix it up in my milk shakes.
