NO2 Meets its Claims if Taken Properly
Great product support literature and documented double blind study. Product actually works and you can measure the results rapidly in the gym. In one month you can see the physical transformation.
Price and limited distribution (primarily through GNC). Taking 10 pills a day is not very much fun and you never really get used to it.
Posted Jan 2, 2006 - First of all you must purchase the Nitric Oxide Revolution books with the product. Only in this way will the buyer understand the science and the do's and don'ts. For example you should not stack this product with high protein shakes. There is a proper time to take NO2 in relationship to meals. Secondly, the book gives you the diet considerations along with the progress you should see in Days 1-3, Days 4-7, and Days 8-12. In my estimation MRI has done a good job in developing a delivery system that surpasses what most over the counter supplements offer and this is what gives them the edge. Here's my experience. I had been working out 14 months before starting NO2. I starting taking NO2 on Dec. 2 and began stacking it with CE2 as recommneded on Dec. 12. Today is January 2, 2005. I increased my bench from doing two sets of 205 at 5 reps to doing 4 sets of 250. I increased my inclined bench from struggling 3 sets of 135 to doing today 3 sets at 170 6 reps. I have taken my leg presses from 4 sets of 10 at 345 to 4 sets of 6 at 525. My squats have increased over 30% in 30 days. These are just a few of the results. I believe the key to my results was taking Ed Byrd's advice on dosage and nutrition as well as the CE2. During the first 10 days NO2 gave me energy and increased my endurance. The downside was the weight gain. I believe that was due to me switching from a low carb diet (50gms) per day to a more balanced diet consisting of 300 gm of low glycemic carbs, 185 gms of essential proteins, and 55 gms of fat. I got a bit more knowlegeable on excercise physiology to help me get the best out of this product. Finally the recovery time is phenomenal. I am working out for Power this month and after an hour I feel pumped but also like I have not even been in the gym. It is hard for me to break a sweat. I may not even have reached my peak. Now I am not a schill for the product. I typically do not believe in anything purchased over the counter at GNC because it is normally costly and you have to take so much of the stuff just to see anything that I just don't do it. I only tried this product because I was going in for a high protein shake and the salesman for some reason got to me that day. This is a good product but it works best for body builders if they stack it with the CE2. Again the down side is the price. If the other suppliers can put more credible information out supporting their product and the science including absorption rates and extended release they can take share away from MRI. However as of now I will continue to pay the price as long as I get the results that this product delivers.
