Lured in by decent pricing on FLOW MK3 snowboard bindings and free shipping; however, when package arrived it contained the WRONG item. Don't they actually inspect a package before shipping? Apparently NOT! NO 800 customer support number, so any follow-up calls are on your own dime, and NO weekend customer support. This merchant's incompetence ruined a birthday gift. Never again, I'll stick with tried and true REI for my future sporting/recreational needs. |
