I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from the website and the order was shipped to me promptly. However, one pair of the shoes are not of the same quality as I saw in Nordstrom store. 2 weeks later I discovered the price for the shoes were dropped on their website so I requested a price adjustment (within the 3 week period the website stated). Here is the answer I got: Unfortunately my accounting department has determined that the discount cannot be applied to this order. There are 3 rules for applying the discount to a previous order: - The item was not initially purchased on Final Sale - The exact same item (in the same color and size) is still available - The package must still be in our warehouses. Personally I think the last 2 rules are ridiculous. And they did not mention any of these rule in there website! |

I had a very positive experience with this merchant. They answered all of my questions when I called the toll free number, and shipped my purchase the same day as I ordered it. I would certainly recommend this merchant. |

(Edited December 17th by Blueillusions) DO NOT order from this site! Their service is HORRIBLE and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of ANYBODY. I ordered an item and paid extra to have it shipped in 2-3 business days. In any case it still took 7 business days, even with the 2 days processing. During the course of this I emailed them 3 times asking for a tracking number, and never received a response as to why i did not have one. I received the item, and that was all great. It was a gift,though, and I found out it was too small. Within the next couple of days I e-mailed the site requesting information in order to retun it - that was Monday. You have to have a ref number in order to return it, and MUST contact them first according to their site. I have heard nothing. I emailed them again today, and still have heard NOTHING. You cannot reach them via phone, as they are ALWAYS busy and their voicemail is ALWAYS FULL. It simply disconnects you. Not worth the hassel - DONT DO IT! |

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They have the worse customer service possible. I ordered 5 hours before a sale coupon came out and they wouldnt do a price adjustment. They shipped my item out quickly the right away because they knew once they shipped it out they couldnt adjust the price. But when i ordered something on their sale day they took long to send it out..only when i asked them to cancel the order did they send it out timely. Very sneaky. Dont trust them! |

DO not order from this site. I spent a long time browsing and picking out what to order and ended up ordering a lot of items totaling over 200 to get the free shipping to USA (they are in canada). 2 weeks went by and my order did not even finish processing YET!!!! Called them numerous times and no one picks up. Finally got through once and the rep on the phone did not sound apologetic at all, and just said it takes a while to process orders. I promptly canceled my order and will never do business with this shady site again. There are much better places like revolveclothing or even emoda, both of which got my order to me quickly. |

I bought a jacket from Ssense.com and was very satisfied with the transaction overall. The item arrived within 3 business days of the transaction, and I was able to track its arrival every step of the way. The jacket I bought retails for $495 plus tax at Holt Renfrew, and only cost me $354 including taxes and shipping with this vendor - a great savings. I highly recommend this store, and would certainly buy from them again!! |
