This is the second pedometer (SW-701) I've ordered from Step Into Health. The first one lasted over five years (with the clip replaced once) and a LOT of wear. It's a great product. |

It would not accept my American Express gift card. I had to use an actual credit card. It also makes me nervous that the order pages to not show the 'secure server' symbol- which shows that they are protected. I did see it on the home page however. I will be watching my credit card carefully to ensure no other charges are applied. |

I enjoyed my time searching for the pedometers for which I was looking. We are in a corporate health challenge with other companies in our area and counting our steps is one of the ways to accumulate points. |

I have purchased from them several times and have always been happy. I would like to see how many business days until I can expect my purchase. The only thing that I could see was the Christmas shipping schedule and I ordered this the week after Christmas. |

Thus far, it was very easy. It was on a page of the top 10 best pedometers to buy. This helped me to trust it a little more than average. The information, taxing, shipping price, order number and date were all good. The only thing is that it doesn't how long it will take or when it will be here by. Not even an estimate. Unless I did not see it. I know for sure though that the order confirmation page does not say it and it should at least give you a range. :) Thank you |
