Nothing but good. I ordered my pedometer from them some time ago. This one is to be a gift. Good product,,,good service. I can't answer the question about my credit card being charged correctly...haven't received their billing yet. |

Fairly easy ordering experience. Shipping charges were not immediately apparent and I was thrown a bit when Yahoo! jumped in for my Yahoo! password - which I had forgotten. |

a generally good experience so far as ordering goes - stepintohealth - 2946 Order was received in good condition - just a little disappointed that there were no written instructions on how to use the item - although have now worked this out by trial and error. |

Upon checkout, 2 pedometers showed up on the order page. Luckily, I noticed - before too late - that it was the wrong item, not the one I selected. I returned to the product page, selected one item to purchase and the same thing happened. This time I noticed that 2 different products were listed on the checkout page and I zeroed out the quantity for the 2nd item and successfully purchased desired item. |

The site was easy to use, but the merchant was hawking a safety strap as a needed accessory when the specs for the item I ordered say it was already included. I will be very upset if the product I get doesn't come with the free safety lanyard advertised in the full specifications. [Follow up note]: The strap came with the item as advertised. I was very pleased. I would definitely buy from this seller again! |
