But, only the recharger arrived. The packing slip said that both were suppose to be there. I called them and emailed them but have yet to receive a response. It was a much less expensive generic product. As a result, I paid a premium for an inferior product. (SterlingTek described the condition of the product as "Generic-3rd Party" - I had no idea that that meant that the "Product Name" was inaccurate.) SterlingTek did refund my purchase - less the shipping cost. Buyer beware.	Overall Rating

Then: 1 - I sent the wrong item back to them; 2- They didn't send the correct product to me yet according to our agreement (today is 05/25/2007); 3 - They didn't refund my return shipping of the wrong product back to them (as promised and as it was supposed to be); 4 - They don't answer to my e-mails; 5 - And they simply don't care. Just after several weeks they returned my last e-mail message (maybe because I said I was going to post bad feedbacks about them on the Internet?) and effectively just said they "will be happy to refund your item price" and that's it - no refund on the first shipping, no refund on the return shipping back to them and no replacements (as expected). Too much double talk and no action. Issues still unsolved. In short: a disastrous and bothersome experience!	Overall Rating

And it showed up at my doorstep the mon following thanksgiving. That is less than 2 days shipping with a holiday counted. Thanks Sterling Tek. The price was the best around as well.
