The customer service was good, the people were friendly and egar to help. However, when I called to confirm stock and then proceeded to order multiples of the same item, some how they ran out before they got to my order. They claim they e-mailed me a back order letter but I did not receive it due to my security on my e-mail. I just wish they could have improved their shipping department. |

I recommend this merchant and will use them again. Everything arrived in a timely manner and I received exactly what I ordered. Communication was good too. Although I did receive several order related emails, 1 email mistakenly indicated that my items were on back-order, however, I had already received the items. This error was cleared up quickly though. |
