EEMAN - (December 09, 2005) I have taken 6 of these back to the store so far thinking there was just a batch of defective ones. They all download till approx 97% and then says "download fail: please check your connection". After several online searches it seems that a ton of people with XP service pack 2 are having the same issues. The support at fisher-prise is so horrible they suggested changing batteries, nevermind that I have gone through SIX of these so far. Finally one non-english speaking support person told me they don't work with windows XP. As if there is still someone using Win2000 at home.

yomamanem - (November 12, 2006) Unfortunately, my bear didn't work properly; however, even if it had worked, I found out how imprecise it is when I read the full directions inside. It does not have the ability to lead a child directly to the bear. My grandchildren were getting "You're getting warmer" when they were one floor above the bear. An adult can give precise clues to lead a child to the hidden object, but the bear is not that sophisticated. It needs more work!

Bev535 - (January 12, 2007) I purchased this product for my son to give to his daughter, 4 years old for Christmas. I really thought it was cute but should do a lot more than what it does for what this item costs!

mascaras1 - (07/29/2009) This is a nice pony toy that responds to sound and touching. It turns its head toward voice or sound. The included carrot can be put in the mouse, so it pretends eating it. Kids can ride on the back, then touching at the hip triggers galloping sound. The body is very stable and safe when a kid is on the back. It would be nice if the patterns of movement are more variable.
