It seemed as if someone grabbed the cartridge off the shelf and threw it in a UPS box with no concern of possible damage. The box inside the box was damaged as well. The delivery man commented on how poorly the item was packaged. Fortunately, the cartridge was ok. I will not purchase from this seller again. Summa Goods's Response: Shipping was via UPS Ground as requested. If the package was damaged, UPS would comment on what they did to the box? This is the first we heard of this.
