Sun & Ski Sports received my return on June 9th. The new order was not processed and shipped out until June 18th. I am scheduled to receive the new shipment June 24th. However it took several calls to get the replacement pair shipped and had to purchase an additional pair. It took 3 days to get shipped out only after inquiring several times. Shipping was upgraded to 2nd day air at no charge and received the product in the requested time, however did miss a weekend of skiing.	Overall Rating
