They Reject the order but nevertheless charge the full amount of it in to my credit card. Try several times to contact them to their customer service mail whith no response. Finally No Money, No Sunglases SunglassesGiant is a total A Total SCAM!!!! |

Frankly, I question this company's business practices. Over a week after placing the order, i received an e-mail that the item was out of stock. Both before AND after electronic communication with this company was ALL BLOCKED. Finally found an electronic address to try to complain; so far I have only received 'canned apologies' that clearly show no human involvment. I've offered the merchant opportunities to resolve the issue that they have completely ignored. I recommend you stay clear of this 'business'. |

Good price on the product and shipping is included. The only problem is theres no tracking # sent which could be a problem if you had to be present for delivery. It was delivered USPS though and luckily they just let me pick it up with my po box mail or I wouldnt of received the package. One issue is that you almost have to know in advance what you want because they offer their selections via a drop down menu but dont have pictures of the various styles/colors so its up to you to know. |

I received the product and the shipping was included, which is why I ordered from them. I ordered replacement lenses and the set I got came with 2 right lenses (instead of 1 right and 1 left). I emailed service multiple times and got no replies. If you call the phone number it's a voicemail, which is always full and tells you to email service for returns. I have had to order the product from another retailer. |
