They said I would receive it by Friday, May 6th but it came in on Thursday, May 5th. The box looked rough/beat up (the UPS guy said it would be OK not to worry!. I have not opened it to put it together yet. I plan on doing that tomorrow. I was going to repaint it but I think I will leave it stained and just add (cover with)new formica to match the new cabinet tops we put in. Continued comments: The box was busted on one end but the cabinet was in good shape. It was a doosey to put together. I am glad my son-in-law came to help. I bought him a shrimp supper for putting it together. All the parts were there, for which i am grateful. I would have hated to have to call about parts or peces. It is a pretty cabinet. I think they reversed the back panel(put the drilled holes) because the finished side was on the inside. BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY 2 BAR STOOLS as of May 18th. I had 2 boxes and I assumed one of the boxes was the bar stools but they were both cabinets. |

Great! I ordered my kitchen island on March 23rd and received it on March 30th. Kudos to the helpful delivery person for bringing the heavy boxes inside. A friend assembled it for me and it's beautiful! The only problem was that the leaf was damaged, a chunk of wood was broken off, but I was able to go online and order a free replacement piece, which was delivered a few days later. This kitchen island replaced a too-large table and chairs, so it fits and looks better in the space. |

Everything has been excellent and I have had no problems. I have not received the item yet (but it should be delivered tomorrow). The only thing I would suggest is the shipping weight should probably be listed with the product. It would not have made a difference if I would have bought the item or not but it would have been nice information to have when viewing the product. |

We received the product about when the manufacturer said it would be available, and it appears to have arrived intact. Pricing was excellent - we compared to about 8 other sources on-line. We received a call back from an on-line query on a Sunday - immediate feedback. We are very impressed |

My husband ordered the kitchen island with breakfast bar for me for Christmas on the Monday 12/20 and it was delivered on Christmas eve as if Santa had dropped it off just in time. Super fast shipping and the shipping was free. My son put it together for me in about three hours..so the directions had to be very good.Everyone loves it, even our Christmas Day company. Thank you. |
