I was not notified of the shipping date etc. The cabinet just arrived. I am very satisfied with the product. Update, I am just thrilled with my cabinet. It looks great, put together well and it adds so much space to my kitchen. |

We really like the Catskill Craftsman kitchen island!! Purchasing it was very easy and it arrived less than a week after ordering. All pieces were there and it went together exactly as the directions indicated it would. We are not happy with the quality of the casters -- they do not lock adequately and they look cheap, which is at odds with the very high quality of the island itself. By putting the unit on furniture "cups" the unit is very stable. Other than that, we are delighted with it and are especially delighted that we could purchase an American made product. |

I have no problem referring this merchant. My product was to my satisfaction with the exception of the top surface had 2 screw tips come throught he surface that had to pounded down to avoid cutting. My concern is liquid and/or germs penetrating those areas |

I love my new Kitchen Cart. My husband and I put it together in about 1 1/2 hr, directions were easy to follow. I was very impressed by the construction. It is just what I was hoping it would be, well constructed, roomy and beautiful. I would recommend your web site all my friends. Thanks for making this a very enjoyable shopping experience. |

Ordering was very simple and easy. When I received the product a side panel was cracked. When I received the replacement part, it was discolored. I am tired of calling the company and waiting.... Therefore, I will keep this discolored side panel and will probably not do business with this merchant again. |

I feel these reviews are very important as i know i look at them to decide about a site/product. Well I don't have it in hand yet, however i am very excited about your website, I found this product at one of those big chain stores (lowes) and went there to pick it up, however they didn't have it in the store (something that was not explained on their website) so it was a total waste of my time and the gas to go to the store! So i came home planning on buying it on their online store, but figured i would check out the web and see if i could find it for a better price, well your site has it for 66 dollars less, and it will be shipping way faster here than it would have from them. About 2 weeks faster! So I hope it does in fact come super fast and the delivery and quality is just as great as your site has been so far. ------ This is great the shipment came super fast and i am very happy, great customer service. I highly recommend. |

Although I ordered my item on Friday night of Labor Day weekend, I still recieved it today, only a week later! Shipping UPS is so much better than some items I've had shipped from other companies that use USPS. The Preston Hollow cart was exactly as expected. The response time, shipping time and the price was awesome. I wish more companies were like Sunny Kitchen! |

Piece came even faster than expected, in fact in 24 hours. Two hinges were bent, but a quick call to customer service was friendly and apologetic and I received the replacement hinges the next day. In all, I am extremely pleased and will definitely give them a high rating for price, quality and definitely service. |

Hi, We purchased a kitchen island, NAPA model 5099-95. It was shipped quickly and took about 2 hours to assemble as per the assembly directions. After we had it assembled, we found two drawer guides were broken which I assumed occured during shipment or when it was packaged at the factory. I called Sunny Kitchen and explained the problem and without any questions or hassle, a set of replacement guides arrived here in about 1 week. Sunny Kitchen = Great service, great product, quick shipping and great price. We would defintely purchase again from them. Thanks, Bill + Judy |

Very nice company to do business with. I had a question and called the customer service number and got the answer I needed. They shipped fed ex right away. Easy to assemble, my 14 year old daughter and I had a good time putting it together, and it is very nice, solid wood construction. |

Outstanding! If this order arrives as indicated and intact, this will be the best online experience every! Actually, if this arrives on Friday as indicated, this will be better than going to the store. I can't believe how quickly this order was processed! I look forward to making additional purchases with Sunny Kitchen. Please, feel free to add me to your email or mailing list! I received the product on time. However, Federal Express delivered the Granite Top on the sidewalk with the "THIS SIDE UP" markings down. Naturally, the granite was broken. I emailed Sunny Kitchen and they sent a new granite top via UPS. I couldn't believe how easy it was to get a replacement. Great Customer Service!!! Thanks again! |
