After more than a month on back-order they contacted me and asked me if I would mind changing my selection to a "left side" instead of a "right side" zipper so they could close my order. I gave them my OK. They said they would cancel my original order and that I would have to re-order the item with the left-side zipper. When I tried to re-order I found that the sleeping bag was now $40 more than my original order. When I asked them how I could get my original price, they basically told me “Tough Luck” the price had gone up and now I would have to pay the new price. Can you believe that? I feel like I was scammed or tricked out of my order. There are too many good companies out there to waste time dealing with SunnySports. I won’t deal with SunnySports again and can't recommend them. billydeezx from unknown Member Since: 11/03/2008 View Member's: Reviews	sunny sports offered a $5 discount via their "price matching" program. this was confirmed in an e-mail from leo, prior to me placing the order. i ordered two watches for a total near $400. of course they did not give me the discount. i e-mailed them to inform them of this error. the reply i got was stunnigly vulgar and slanderous...saying i must be a "psycho" if i expect to get a discount. needless to say, this issue will be taken up with the bbb and attorney general.
