Easy experience. I missed how long it would take to arrive at my shipping address. Also, my email indicated a shipping charge of $12, although I chose the 'free ground' shipping method. I'm emailing to confirm this won't be charged. |

Thought there might be more product information/packaging with the Educational version - seems like it could be an OEM - but it's not. It is installed, working correctly, and does state Educational version on/in it. |

I found this merchant through a Google search. I was a bit hesitant about the credit card setup, yet i found that mcafee siteadvisor says the site is stable and honest We shall see I await an email saying my software was sent. |

The vender was fine so far. Price grabber was not. I had to go through 4 retailers - one didn't have the item in stock, but had a more expensive simular item available, one would not take credit cards after indicating that they did (paypal only)and one did not offer the product that was listed on pricegragger. |

This merchant is an unscrupulous company that uses bait and switch tactics. They go out of way to explicitly tell you the product is the full version; then they send you an update version with an older version of the product. If I wanted to get an update version, I would have ordered it at the upgrade price! Their return policy is poor, charging you 15% restocking fee within a short 10 day return time frame. SuperDealOnline was NO DEAL at all. Think twice before consider purchasing here! |
