My experience with this merchant has been superb. Shipped my order the same day I placed it and was exactly what I ordered. They should consider giving some of the other internet sales merchants lessons in customer service. Will use them even if they do not have the lowest price. |

They knowingly substituted a cheaper version of the product that I ordered because they did not have it in stock (in spite of continuing to advertise it). They refunded the purchase price, but I am still trying to get the price of their shipping refunded. I would never do business with them again. |

This company advertised the cheapest cost for my software and it was deliviverd very quickly. I was hesitant at first to order through them but after this experience I advocate their business greatly. |

I ordered 5 copies of Windows 2K OEM from them with overnight shipping. I received a bill for all 5 but received only 1 license. When this was brought to their attention, they promised to send the other 4 copies to me overnight. The licenses were sent 2-day instead. This left me with a very unhappy end-user and a bill for overnight shipping to boot. (They did offset some of the shipping charge but this still left me with software that cost more than their competitors!) |

I placed the order. They nevered bothered shipping to me and when I finally contacted them (by email - no phone number availalbe) they told me the item was out of stock and the order voided. They hadn't bothered informing me. I went back on their website which was still showing the item in stock even though they don't have it. If you just want to get your stuff in time, I would use someone else!!!!! |

WHAT A JOKE! I tried to place my order online Monday. Went through the registration process and never received my password via e-mail. Called three times and finally got through. Gave me my password which didn't work. Placed the order. Received a voice message saying that my Card was declined. I returned the phone call within 5 mins, was told they were currently out. They sold it to someone else the night before. WHATEVER! NOT GOOD BUSINESS ETHICS AT ALL! Retailer Response (09/15/2004): Dear Customer: It is not a matter poor business ethics - in order for us to better serve our customers it is imperative that we follow standard procedures in processing orders when funds are not available. When you placed an order on the 16th of August you had no complaints about passwords, phone calls, e-mails, ect. We cannot help that in the event your order is postponed from processing due to insufficient funds that some one else takes the last item in stock. Anywhere you shop whether online or in a store it is on a first come first serve bases - not hold a product until a person has the money to pay for it. We do apologize for any inconvience this may have caused you - looking forward to doing business with you again soon. |
