Had to key in my card details 4 times as the system kept refreshing for no reason. Very frustrating. Not sure if i'm going to receive any number of the same product between 1-4 in number. |

I have not to receive my goods yet but using the website has been a good experience - from the point of view of searching for products and the information provided on them. What I found more difficult was paying for the items - where it took a number of attempts with uncertainty if I had actually paid for the product. Lets hope the delivery experience is as good as the browsing experience! Many thanks M |

I actually wanted to pay by credit card and I am not sure if that was an option or I chose the wrong option, I am now paying by bank transfer. There is no contact phone no re enquiries just an email address so I am a bit concerned. |

Had problems completing original order due to site problems, was a little cheesed off with 300 online options to contact them by email before the opportunity to speak with a very helpful member of staff - maybe the option to speak with someone should be number1 |

The website was really simple to use, I didn't have difficulty looking up the delivery information and it was very clear to state when you needed to order and which service to recieve your gifts before Christmas - it saves the consumer time and money which I think is brilliant. Also, £15.00 off the item is always a bonus! Very happy! Thanks and Merry Christmas...! |
