SuperMediaStore's website brought these up as a match for my printer. When I installed them the printer refused to recognize them, and I then noticed that my printer was not listed on the box. I called their support and left a message; my call was ignored. I reached someone a couple days later who informed me that I had to pry the chip off the old Canon cartridge with a screw driver and tape it onto their cartridge - huh?? That was never indicated anywhere. I said I was not going to do that and simply wanted to return the cartridges. They gave me an RMA number but refused to pay return shipping. Completely unacceptable from start to finish: misleading web listing, poor product, no return of my support call, no willingness to pay shipping for the return. Never use these guys. Not worth it!! If you are not telling shipping/other cost in advance, customer might buy the product from you this time only, because he/she has wasted his valuable time with your web on the ground of cheap prices.
