Loved It Once...Like It "OK" Now

Strengths:

Definitely gives me energy within a 1/2 hour of taking it.

Weaknesses:

Hasn't been suppressing my appetite =(

Posted May 11, 2007 - I took this product a little over a year ago and lost 20 lbs within a matter of months! I was in the best shape I had EVER been. I had quite a few life changes and fell off the fitness wagon shortly there after, hehe. This time around the progress seems to be much slower and it doesn't seem to affect my appetite at all. I have a regular work out routine and I don't see where these pills are helping the cause at this point. Maybe I've developed a tolerence as mentioned by the other reviewer...which sucks! lol

Posted Sep 23, 2007 - i've been taking this since wednesday, 1 pill twice a day and last night two close friends told me i was looking great. they were unaware of my taking diet pills. i look in the mirror and i see where the fat has already "melted" off. it's crazy. it really makes me not hungry. i drink a lot of water too. i know its the ephedrine, i used to take metabolife 356 which had ephedra and i lost like 50 pounds in like 4 months. i was dieting and exercising a bit but still. ephedrine makes it feel effortless. i recommend ephedra and always have. i guess some people have a bad reaction to it but thankfully i don't because it works. but seriously...you can't take a pill and eat a big mac meal at mcdonalds and expect to lose weight. ephedrine is a huge aid but it can't "undo" a 2,000 calorie meal. i find a boneless skinless chicken breast in the foreman grill, a lot of veggies and a LITTLE bit of carb is a good diet dinner. find some low cal sauce like bbq or ketchup and you're set. or a boca burger. the original ones have like .05 g fat and 100 calories and 6 g carbs and 13 g protein. is delish! along with 2 lipodrenes a day, i drink 2 liters of water throughout the day, a cup of coffee in the morning, a nice sugarfree, nonfat latte for lunch and then a meal similar to the one described above and i have enough energy to work 8:30-5, take care of my two puppies, workout and spend time with friends. aside from all the rambling, i wanna reiterate how fast its begun to work. pretty damn near instant!

It Works!!!

Strengths:

Immediate energy! Make sure you stay hydrated!!! Works great. I have been taking it a week and my hubby has already noticed it in my stomache. :)

Weaknesses:

None that I have encountered.

IT WORKS

Posted Mar 12, 2008 - I've seen results within the first week of taking this, It works great and perfect while lifting weights and running. The only reason it has been banned is because it actually works unlike the rest of those pathetic diet pills. I highly recommend it!
