POWERFUL
makes me have to pee a lot
Posted Sep 23, 2007 - i've been taking this since wednesday, 1 pill twice a day and last night two close friends told me i was looking great. they were unaware of my taking diet pills. i look in the mirror and i see where the fat has already "melted" off. it's crazy. it really makes me not hungry. i drink a lot of water too. i know its the ephedrine, i used to take metabolife 356 which had ephedra and i lost like 50 pounds in like 4 months. i was dieting and exercising a bit but still. ephedrine makes it feel effortless. i recommend ephedra and always have. i guess some people have a bad reaction to it but thankfully i don't because it works. but seriously...you can't take a pill and eat a big mac meal at mcdonalds and expect to lose weight. ephedrine is a huge aid but it can't "undo" a 2,000 calorie meal. i find a boneless skinless chicken breast in the foreman grill, a lot of veggies and a LITTLE bit of carb is a good diet dinner. find some low cal sauce like bbq or ketchup and you're set. or a boca burger. the original ones have like .05 g fat and 100 calories and 6 g carbs and 13 g protein. is delish! along with 2 lipodrenes a day, i drink 2 liters of water throughout the day, a cup of coffee in the morning, a nice sugarfree, nonfat latte for lunch and then a meal similar to the one described above and i have enough energy to work 8:30-5, take care of my two puppies, workout and spend time with friends. aside from all the rambling, i wanna reiterate how fast its begun to work. pretty damn near instant!
