First time ordering from Supplement Warehouse. I'm a long time customer of bodybuilding.com, but noticed the great prices and reasonable shipping at Supplement warehouse and figured it was definitely worth my time and money to sign up for an account. Can't wait to see how fast my products get here. On this order alone I'm saving $30 over the competitor. |

BEWARE. Terrible experience with their price match feature. It's a scam. They act like they offer the lowest prices and will match but they do not. I got an e-mail right after my order had been shipped (coincidence?) that my price match had been declined because the competitor had high shipping costs. Well, I decided to fact-check them and guess what? The competitor had shipping costs that were 10 DOLLARS CHEAPER than theirs. I was quite pissed that they were trying to take advantage of me like that. Then, when I e-mailed them about the issue and THREATENED to refuse delivery of the package and demand a full refund they were more accommodating but still did not give me the full price match that the order deserved which would be consistent with their website's claim of "lowest shipped price...guaranteed." It's a scam. BEWARE. Update: When I got my package in the mail. It did not include any of the "free merchandise" that was advertise and that I added to my cart. Another SCAM???? |

I have used Supplement Warehouse for the past 2 years and have been pleased with the service. It seems the shipping is a little high compared to the US Post Office. But overall they are a very good company to deal with. |

I only wish Supplement Warehouse.com also carried Oxygen4Energy too so I wouldnt have to go to www.BuyOxygen4Energy.com to get my other supplement. This stuff is excellent too ! |

So far so good. This is my first time making a purchase from this web site. If it goes well i plan on making many purchases from them. The prices are the best ive seen in store or on web sites. Ive seen free shipping on other sites but my cost was still more than what i paid today. |

supplement warehouse has been nothing but awesome. the process is extremely easy, and they have a huge selection of products, more than any other sight i"ve seen. in addition their customer service is impeccable, with a friendly person to talk to on the phone if you have any question or problem. any problem i've ever had they solved quickly without hesitation. |
